Offerings
Transpersonal Counseling
-
Transpersonal counseling integrates traditional psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and an expanded understanding of human experience. Our work may include exploring emotions, patterns, beliefs, body sensations, and meaning-making processes, all within a clinically grounded and trauma-informed framework.
-
This approach honors both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of healing, while remaining practical, ethical, and rooted in the present moment. Sessions are tailored to support safety, regulation, and sustainable growth rather than quick fixes.
-
Transpersonal counseling services are offered under my clinical licensure and are available only to clients who are physically located in the state of Oregon at the time of sessions.
Psychedelic Integration Coaching
-
Psychedelic integration coaching supports the process of reflecting on and integrating past or recent psychedelic experiences into daily life. The focus is not on the experience itself, but on what comes after, how insights, emotions, or shifts in perspective are understood, embodied, and meaningfully applied over time.
-
This work emphasizes pacing, grounding, and practical integration, helping experiences translate into sustainable changes in relationships, choices, and self-understanding. Integration coaching may be supportive whether an experience felt expansive, confusing, challenging, unfinished, or difficult to articulate, and whether it occurred recently or long ago.
-
Psychedelic integration coaching is offered outside of clinical psychotherapy and may be provided to clients both within and outside the state of Oregon. Coaching services are not therapy. I do not diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or practice under my clinical license in this role. Integration coaching is offered under my coaching certification and focuses on reflection, education, and integration support.
Somatic Coaching
-
Somatic coaching centers the body as a source of information, regulation, and support. Through gentle awareness of sensation, movement, breath, and nervous system responses, this work helps you develop a clearer and more responsive relationship with your internal experience.
-
Rather than pushing for change or insight, somatic coaching supports listening to the body’s signals with curiosity and care. This approach can be especially helpful for stress, anxiety, burnout, body relationship concerns, and learning how to slow down and respond more intentionally in daily life.

“I didn’t realize how disconnected I had become. With Elyse’s support, I learned how to slow down, listen inward, and feel more steady in my day-to-day life.”

Investment Details

My session rate is offered on a sliding scale, with standard rates of $175–$200 per session. A limited number of $150 sliding-scale spots are available by application.
I ask that clients choose the rate that best reflects their current financial reality and capacity. This allows me to offer sustainable care while also holding space for greater accessibility when possible.
For clients applying for the $150 rate, I offer a small number of reduced-fee spots at a time. These spots are reviewed periodically to ensure fairness and availability.
-
I work in 3-month containers, designed to support steadiness, continuity, and meaningful integration over time.
Each container includes:
3 sessions per month
Ongoing reflection and assessment throughout the three months
A dedicated 3-month check-in to reflect on progress, needs, and next steps
This structure supports depth without urgency and allows us to assess fit and direction thoughtfully, rather than rushing or working session-to-session.
-
I use the Green Bottle sliding scale method, which invites clients to consider their overall financial experience rather than income alone. This approach looks at access to stability, savings, flexibility, and support, not just numbers on paper.
In general:
Those with greater financial stability and access are encouraged to pay toward the higher end of the scale.
Those experiencing more financial strain may apply for the reduced rate.
You can view the Green Bottle framework for guidance as you reflect on where you fall on the sliding scale:

I trust clients to engage this process with honesty and care. If you are unsure where you fall, we can discuss this during a consultation.
-
Payment is due at the time of each session unless otherwise arranged.
I do not currently accept insurance.
Payment is processed securely via debit, credit, HSA or FSA card.
Additional payment details and options can be discussed during your consultation.
If you have questions about rates, containers, or payment structure, I’m happy to address them before we begin working together.
