Psychotherapy Services (Oregon Clients)

For clients receiving clinical psychotherapy, records are maintained in accordance with Oregon law and professional ethical standards. These records are confidential and handled with care.

Confidentiality may be limited only in situations required by law, including:

  • Risk of serious harm to self or others

  • Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult

  • Court order or subpoena

Clinical services are provided only to clients physically located in the state of Oregon at the time of session.

This website and email communication are not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency number.

Coaching Services

Coaching services, including psychedelic integration coaching and somatic coaching, are not psychotherapy and are not provided under clinical licensure. Coaching records are maintained separately and are not subject to clinical mental health record laws.

Record Retention and Access

For psychotherapy clients, records are retained for the period required by Oregon law and professional standards. Clients may request access to their records or request copies for a limited number of years after services conclude, subject to legal and ethical guidelines.

Coaching records may be retained for a shorter period and securely deleted after services conclude, unless otherwise required for administrative or legal purposes.

Requests for records must be made in writing.

Electronic Communication

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect electronic communication. However, email and online platforms carry inherent risks to confidentiality. By engaging in electronic communication, you acknowledge and accept these risks. This website and its general contact forms are not intended for the transmission of sensitive clinical information.

Third-Party Services

Secure third-party platforms are used for scheduling, communication, and record keeping. These providers are selected for their privacy and security standards and are required to maintain confidentiality.
