Somatic Therapy for Anxiety & Depression
-
You may understand why you keep pushing through, putting others first, or losing track of what you want, and still find yourself doing it again. Somatic therapy brings attention to what’s happening in your body alongside your thoughts and emotions. Together, we can notice what you feel and need as these familiar patterns show up.
-
Our work is grounded, relational, and body-aware. As we talk, we pay attention to what you notice in your body, emotions, and everyday life. We can slow down, get practical, or explore something more deeply, moving at a pace that respects your experience.
-
Therapy does not promise a particular outcome. What feels useful can vary from person to person, and we’ll keep checking in about whether the work feels supportive and sustainable for you.
Somatic Therapy for Burnout
-
You’re exhausted, but slowing down still feels hard. You may know what would help and still find yourself moving to the next task, taking care of what needs doing, or pushing past your limits. Somatic therapy brings attention to how that pressure shows up in your body and daily life, so there’s room to notice what you need before you’ve set it aside again.
-
We begin with what burnout feels like for you. We might notice the tension that stays after the workday, what happens when you try to rest, or how you respond when something else is asked of you. Our work is grounded, relational, and body-aware. We can slow down, get practical, or explore more deeply at a pace that respects your experience.

Psychedelic Integration Support
-
A psychedelic experience can leave you with questions, feelings, or a shift in perspective that’s difficult to make sense of afterward. Integration support offers room to reflect on what happened, explore what feels meaningful to you, and consider how you want to carry that understanding into everyday life. You don’t need to arrive with a clear story or a particular interpretation.
-
We begin with what you want to make sense of. Our work can include conversation and attention to your thoughts, emotions, and body as you reflect on the experience. We can stay curious about what it means to you without deciding in advance, moving at a pace that respects your needs.
-
Integration support does not include providing, administering, sourcing, selling, or facilitating access to psychedelic substances. I cannot connect you with people who sell or provide mushrooms or other psychedelic substances, assist with purchasing them, or arrange access to them. We will clarify the scope and limits of our work before beginning.
“I didn’t realize how disconnected I had become. With Elyse’s support, I learned how to slow down, listen inward, and feel more steady in my day-to-day life.”

My session rate is offered on a sliding scale, with standard rates of $175–$200 per session. A limited number of $150 sliding-scale spots are available by application.
I ask that clients choose the rate that best reflects their current financial reality and capacity. This allows me to offer sustainable care while also holding space for greater accessibility when possible.
For clients applying for the $150 rate, I offer a small number of reduced-fee spots at a time. These spots are reviewed periodically to ensure fairness and availability.
-
I work in 3-month containers, designed to support steadiness, continuity, and meaningful integration over time.
Each container includes:
3 sessions per month
Ongoing reflection and assessment throughout the three months
A dedicated 3-month check-in to reflect on progress, needs, and next steps
This structure supports depth without urgency and allows us to assess fit and direction thoughtfully, rather than rushing or working session-to-session.
-
I use the Green Bottle sliding scale method, which invites clients to consider their overall financial experience rather than income alone. This approach looks at access to stability, savings, flexibility, and support, not just numbers on paper.
In general:
Those with greater financial stability and access are encouraged to pay toward the higher end of the scale.
Those experiencing more financial strain may apply for the reduced rate.
You can view the Green Bottle framework for guidance as you reflect on where you fall on the sliding scale:

I trust clients to engage this process with honesty and care. If you are unsure where you fall, we can discuss this during a consultation.
-
Payment is due at the time of each session unless otherwise arranged.
I do not currently accept insurance.
Payment is processed securely via debit, credit, HSA or FSA card.
Additional payment details and options can be discussed during your consultation.
If you have questions about rates, containers, or payment structure, I’m happy to address them before we begin working together.
